Macif wanted to develop the interactivity of their website to optimize the performance of the group's "lead factory". Zeta scoring AI enabled Macif not only to qualify the potential of their prospects in real time, to promote interactivity in the quote request tunnels, but also to use these qualified leads according to their commitment and the resources available in the call center. Zeta scoring is based on a unique RFM-based Artificial Intelligence that analyzes more than 40 factors; its use allows to identify visitors' interests and measure their level of engagement in real time. This behavioral data is integrated with campaign management to provide personalized interactions that are proactively triggered based on a score and send prospects identified as "hot" directly to the call center.
