Zeta Recognized on Built In’s “2023 Best Places to Work” List
Zeta is thrilled to be recognized on Built In’s “2023 Best Places to Work” list for both New York City and Los Angeles! We were listed alongside other well-known tech employers including Google, Snap Inc., and IBM. Not an employee yet but interested? Come work with us!
This honor truly reflects Zeta’s commitment to our people and building exciting career journeys that include hands-on innovation, autonomy, team collaboration, and a supportive community.
“We are grateful to be recognized on this list, which aligns with our Zeta 2025 goal of being one of the best places to work,” said Candice Chafey, Zeta’s Chief People Officer.
“What I learned in the past year is that Team Zeta is wildly ambitious and incredibly resilient. Each individual here plays a part in building our Zeta culture, and together, we can make ‘extraordinary’ happen every day.”
This recognition doesn’t just reflect Zeta’s existing commitment to growing our people’s careers and strengthening our culture. It also provides inspiration for our continuing efforts to develop and lift our employee community in 2023 and beyond.
For example, Zeta’s DEI efforts are expected to ramp up this year, with Zeta Unity and its five Employee Resource Groups (Bridge Builders, LiT, MOSAIC, Pride, WING) planning a robust 2023 agenda. We are passionate about fostering a culture of inclusion, celebrating diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and providing a forum for Zeta’s community made up of different identities and cultures.
Zeta will also continue to host its annual Zeta Hackathon, which is a vehicle to cultivate and nurture innovation across teams. The Hackathon encourages teammates to showcase their entrepreneurial spirit and continually strive to take things to the next level – while having some fun and engaging in some friendly competition, too!
